Welcome to the International Furniture Fair Mechelen! We would already like to wish you lots of sales! We have included reservation and order forms so that your participation in the trade show and the construction of your stand will go as smoothly as possible. May we ask you to please fill them in accurately and fully and return them to us by February 26th, 2018 at the latest. The invoices should be paid within 14 days and 21% VAT will be charged for all services. (not applicable to foreign exhibitors)

There will be a 50% surcharge for all orders placed after February 26th, 2018.

During the Internationaal Meubelfestival, the secretariat will be located at the front of the hall. It will be open from 7:00 a.m. on.
We will be at your disposal every day from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. to help you with all technical or other problems.
